clubhouse plans

some info on the latest version, though an approved plan doesn't mean it will be built, nor does it mean this is the configuration that will b e approved. the emphasis today is on getting approval. once approved, very few residents will show up to ask questions at future planning board meetings, leaving the owner wide open to changing the configuration with little to no challenge.

prediction - the final product, if built won't be as big as or have all of the features of this rendering. the owners will show up at a meeting as needed to get a building permit with changes that lower their cost while further limiting services.
